Mrs. Chinyere Moneme, SAN, MCIArb (U.K.) Principal Manager
Mrs. Moneme leads the firm as Principal Manager, with over 20 years of experience in legal practice and significant expertise in domestic and international commercial arbitration. She is a seasoned advocate and an ADR practitioner who has risen to rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, which is evidence of her diligence and commitment to excellent legal representation. She has represented private, corporate, and state clients before trial and appellate courts in Nigeria, while also acting as counsel and arbitrator in arbitral proceedings. A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.), she actively promotes alternative dispute resolution and has successfully mediated numerous disputes. She holds a Master’s degree in Aviation at the African Aerospace Aviation University, Abuja and is also a member of the International Aerospace Women’s Association (IAWA).
Dr. Mentor Oriere, Esq., CCS, ACIArb (U.K.) Senior Associate
Dr. Oriere is a versatile lawyer with strong expertise in legislative drafting, commercial law, human rights, and arbitration. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after graduating from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, he has contributed to landmark legislative work at the National Assembly, including the Petroleum Industry Act (Amendment) Bill 2023 and the Constitution Amendment Bill 2023. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration and Governance (USA), a member of ALDRAP, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.). His professional development includes executive courses at Harvard Kennedy School, Columbia Business School, and Lagos Business School.
Ebimowei J. Sinclair, Esq. Corporate & Commercial Law Associate
Mr. Sinclair was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 and has since then gained experiance and expertise in core corporate and commercial fields including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, startup law, financial technology, and intellectual property protection. He has advised startups and established companies on structuring transactions, navigating compliance frameworks, and safeguarding intellectual assets. With a focus on technology-driven legal solutions and strategic corporate governance, he supports clients operating in highly regulated and competitive markets including aviation, finance, and energy and mineral resources.
